Just gave this one another look this evening...
Enjoyable little no-nonsense flick about a group of thieves who end up on an abandoned farm, where supernatural hijinx ensue.
The scarecrows themselves are quite spooky looking, and the movie moves along at a pretty fast clip, give it a look.
Worth your rental. -

really enjoyed this..it starts out awesome: creepy scarecrows, a graveyard and a abandoned spooky house in the middle of nowhere..I have to say that the film continues on pretty good, just like 80s horror movies usually do :) it's a bit thrilling, just enough blood and stuff :) and the end is pretty cool..the best part is the scarecrows, they're scary as hell and very cool in every way, almost like zombies..sweet! (btw I'm a big fan of scarecrows, don't know why, I just really like them ;)

MCT:March 9, 2008This is what I loved about 80's horror films. The creators took a silly idea and crafted a decent little creepshow out of it. The acting is not the best I've seen, but the story moves along at a good pace, the scarecrows are very spooky-looking, and the gore scenes are excellent. Some of the dialogue is very funny also. It's definitely worth a look, and isn't a bad way to spend 90 minutes of your time.

over the top, fun filled gore fest where zombie scarecrows gut and stuff army bank robbers. cheesy day for night effects but loads of fun, recomened to be seen with a group of friends
